Terms & Conditions
1. Purpose
These terms and conditions govern bookings for culinary workshops and experiences offered by Elianor Bernard EI through this site.
2. Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed only once payment has been made in full online, via our secure payment provider Stripe. A spot is guaranteed only once payment is validated.
3. Confirmation
A confirmation email with practical details (date, time, venue, address) is sent automatically after payment.
4. Cancellation and refunds
Any cancellation by the client at least 7 days before the workshop date is fully refunded. Within that window, no refund is guaranteed, except by exceptional agreement. If the workshop is cancelled by Elianor Bernard EI (insufficient participants, venue unavailability, etc.), a full refund or a rescheduling option is always offered.
5. Sold-out workshops
The number of spots is limited and shown in real time. A spot can only be guaranteed after payment is completed: displayed availability may change until payment is validated.
6. Allergies and health information
The client agrees to disclose any allergy, intolerance or medical condition that may affect their participation. Elianor Bernard EI does its best to adapt but cannot guarantee a solution for every situation. It is the client's responsibility to ensure the workshop is compatible with their situation.
7. Liability
Elianor Bernard EI declines any liability for accidents resulting from failure to follow safety instructions given during the workshop.
8. Workshop rules
Participants agree to follow the hygiene and safety instructions given on site, and to respect other participants.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
