Elianor Bernard EI is responsible for processing the personal data collected through this site. For any question, use the contact form on this site or the address given in the legal notice.

Data collected

• Booking: first name, last name, email, phone, number of participants
• Optional health information: allergies, intolerances, medical conditions (sensitive data)
• Payment: processed entirely by Stripe, no banking data is ever stored by us
• Contact and quote requests: contact details and message content
• Newsletter: email address

Purposes

This data is used solely to manage bookings, respond to requests, provide customer follow-up and, with your consent, send our newsletter.

Health data (allergies, intolerances, medical conditions)

This optional information is provided voluntarily to help adapt the workshop. It is accessible only to Elianor Bernard and is never displayed publicly or shared with any third party.

Retention period

Booking and contact data is kept for the duration of our relationship, then for 3 years after our last exchange. Accounting records (invoices, proof of payment) are kept for 10 years, as required by law. Optional health information is only kept as long as needed to run the workshop concerned.

Data recipients

Data only passes through our technical providers: Supabase (data hosting), Stripe (payment), Resend (email). No data is ever sold to third parties.
